ATSY Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Products must be unopened and sealed (safety seal intact).

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the product was purchased directly from the official ATSY website.

Items received as gifts will be handled on an individual basis.

If you believe your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. Return labels will not be provided.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ATSY does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
