ATSY Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ATSY Affiliate Program.
By joining, you agree to the terms below — this is a legal agreement between you and ATSY Creation. Please read carefully, as it sets out your responsibilities as an affiliate and how you earn commissions.

1. Purpose

As an ATSY Affiliate, your role is to promote the ATSY brand and products. In return, you’ll receive commissions on valid sales generated through your unique referral link.

2. Program Duration & Changes

  • This agreement starts once ATSY accepts you into the program.

  • Either party may end participation at any time.

  • ATSY may update program rules, commission rates, or policies. Continued participation means you accept any updates.

3. Referrals & Tracking

  • Referrals are tracked using affiliate links and cookies.

  • Sales made while the cookie is active will be credited to you.

  • ATSY uses affiliate tracking software to calculate commissions.

4. Commissions

  • Commission is based on product sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).

  • Payments are made according to ATSY’s schedule.

  • Commission rates may change over time.

5. Order Reversals

ATSY may reverse commissions for:

  • Cancelled or refunded orders.

  • Fraudulent activity or policy violations.

  • Duplicate or invalid tracking.

6. Use of ATSY Assets

  • You’ll be given access to branded assets and tracking links.

  • These may not be altered without written permission.

  • All ATSY intellectual property remains owned by ATSY.

7. Promotion Rules

  • You may share your affiliate links on your personal websites, blogs, and social media.

  • Do not post affiliate links on ATSY’s official social media channels.

  • You may not buy ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) using ATSY trademarks, brand names, or misspellings.

8. Relationship

You are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of ATSY. You may not act on behalf of ATSY or make claims we have not approved.

9. Prohibited Claims

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about ATSY products. In particular:

  • No medical or therapeutic claims.

  • No misrepresentation of product effects.

10. Confidentiality

Any private information shared with you by ATSY must remain confidential unless required by law.

11. Liability

ATSY is not responsible for indirect damages, profit loss, or issues arising from misuse of affiliate assets.
